- What is an AI readiness assessment?
- A structured way of working out what your AI setup should look like, and in what order to build it. It asks how the work actually gets done in your business, then returns the specific reasons AI is not doing more for you. There are two versions: one for people who want a plan, and one for people whose AI is already in the business and not delivering. You pick which at the start.
- How long does it take?
- About three minutes either way. One question per screen, then one question about what your business does.
- Which version should I take?
- If you use AI here and there and want to know what to actually do with it, take the one that gives you a plan. If AI is already in the business and it is not delivering what you expected, take the one that tells you what is going wrong. The two are the same length and end in the same place.
- Do I get a score?
- No. A score tells you where you sit on somebody else’s curve and nothing about what to do on Monday. You get five specific reasons, what each one is costing you, and the order to fix them in.
- Do I have to give my email to see the reasons?
- You see the first reason in full as soon as you finish. The rest unlock on the same page once you give us your details, and a copy is emailed to you as well, so you can forward it.
- Who is this built for?
- Companies between $2M and $200M in revenue. If you are under $2M or a business of one, you still get the full results, but the honest answer at that size is usually to get more deliberate with what you already pay for.
